Stalkus Digital provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to search engine optimization, social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and website design and development. We also offer educational resources and consultation services to help our clients achieve their digital marketing goals.
We require payment in advance for all services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer. Once payment is received, we will begin work on your project. If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Depending on the project status, we may refund a portion of the payment.
*If the website is 50% completed then no refund shall be processed.
Our standard revision for a website is maximum 5. Designing is 3 and marketing campaigns changes will be 2
Any revision more than 5 will be chargeable according to the work time calculated and client shall ask for the new quotation for the same.
All payment shall be cleared before next changes or revisions to be made also will be followed by the new quotations.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, on our website and in our products and services are the property of Stalkus Digital or our partners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Karnataka], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
